when I get migraines (and the pain and pressure are usually behind my eyes and in my sinuses) an ice pack helps

Dristan Sinus works for me... I get migraines this time of year b/c of sinus pressure... ETA - OMG I didnt realize what forum I was on... are you expecting? If so then dont take dristan sinus Cold packs also work and try to massage pressure points on your face and neck. Coffee also helps, open up the sinuses.

I have a really bad cold now I am 17 weeks prego. My Dr. said Tylenol Cold and Sinus is fine he also said Tylenol PM is safe. Call your OB and ask but there are medications you can take.

I belive Tylenol is safe to take. That is what my doctor told me. But I know how you feel about not taking anything while expecting. Call your doctor and see what they say. Feel better.
