Sinus Pain Sufferers

What type of medicine do you take to relieve pain? I get such bad sinus headaches especially this time of the yr.
Anything OTC?

A combo of Dayquill and Afrin (the nose spray) always help me stay clear and not drowsy.

Any non drowsy allergy meds - Claritin, Advil Sinus day time, Benadryl non-drowsy ....need non drowsy stuff so I can function all day at work. All OTC

Aleve- nothing OTC did anything for the pressure. Mine are mostly allergy related and I take Singulair, which really helps.

Sudafed 12 hour (but drink a lot of liquids) and saline nasal spray.

Excedrin is the only thing that fights my headaches!

I take advil and sudafed which is the equivalent of Advil Sinus. But when my sinus pain is really bad I take an xtra advil, knocks me out for a little while but boy do I feel good after!

LOVE Tylenol sinus too but can never seem to find it in non-drowsy!!

FYI took advil allergy and sinus this morning because I ran out of claritin, and it worked great

That makes me sleepy- I just take Tylenol Sinus, it doesn't have the antihistamine to make me drowsy. The decongestant in it seems to work for me.
