I was looking at my contract and there is a 20% service charge, is that a tip already added in? I read over the contract and it doesn't say that that's not gratuity. And any time I have seen the service charge on other things and it's not a tip it will say it. Anyone used them before and know if that's a tip added? Thanks!

Sir Oliver limo question
I have the same fee with my limo company and it's not considered gratuity. I used to work for a restaurant who added a 'service fee' for deliveries and the fee would go back to them so if he person we were delivering too didn't know we were not tipped at all. I make sure to ask that when I see that on anything. We're tipping in addition to the price we were quoted. Hope this helps!

Sir Oliver limo question
I am using Sir Oliver too and assumed the fee was standard for most limo companies, but you question made me curious too! But like the other poster said, I don't think it is considered gratuity. My venue has a similar fee on the contract.

They told me that it is the 'included minimum gratuity'
So if they do a good job, throw them a little something extra. (Although 20% tip seems generous! But I keep reminding myself that these are people making a living.)
