Sir Oliver or Legend Limos?

So i went to the watermill showcase last nite and met with the ppl from Sir Oliver...and just loved them. they were really nice.

the only problem is the price they gave me for a 14 passenger Excursion for 3 hrs. and then a p/u drop off at the end of the night for the BP...is a about $200-300 more than the price that was given by Legend Limos. i know that some ppl will say 'in the grand scheme of things' $200 isn't that much...but trust me when i say IT IS. when we cancelled our contract with our wedding center that handled limos for us--we lost some money...and we are barely scraping enuff for the wedding now.

would you go with the company that you clicked with...or with a less expensive one that is just okay?

I am going to Sir Oliver tonight! Where is Legend located?

I like to go with people that I click with. If someone rubs me the wromg way, I usually don't go with them.

Legend is an LIW vendor and if you mention LIW, they should give you some kind of discount. (Sir Oliver doesn't give an LIW discount). legends is in islandia.

they haven't really rubbed me the wrong way, per se...they have been nice and prompt with their quotes and responses...just sir oliver's ppl were so nice! (Joe & Jen are who i met)

such a dilemna!

I met with both, I won't comment because there both LIW vendors.

Why don't you be honest w/ them and see if they can match Legend Limo's price?

I personally would go with Legend Limos--cheaper, and good customer service (lesser known)....I mean the customer service isnt horrible right?

I am using Legend Limos. The customer service was great with Bobby and affordable too. I have used them in the past and they are awesome and on top of things.

i did that with them last nite at the watermill showcase---i whipped out my cell phone and showed them the e-mail that i got from legend, with the price. Jenn said she'd talk to Rich and see if they can come down on the price and get back to me. but she hinted it may not be that much--since Sir Oliver is recommended by the watermill (my hall) and they have to give a little something back to WM for each pkge from a WM bride!

i suppose i can check out some others too while i'm waiting!

Sir Oliver all the way. I like that they have set prices and there is no real bargaining. They hand you a price list and I can appreciate that. I do not like wondering if the person after me got a better deal. And for a little extra $ your guaranteed awesome service. I'll take it!!
