My DH mentioned that he might want this for Christmas. NOW.. His car Came with a Sirius ready radio. His a Mazda MP3 (a limited edition protege) I just looked on the web site and it looks like I would have to buy a receiver an antenna and of course the subscription. Anyone do this before?
NEW QUESTION! I think my best friend is going to buy this for her boyfriend he works for con ed and takes the train to work everyday. He is a devoted Howard Listener. My Question is there is one that has head phones but I was just talking to my DH and we thought about it there is no Antenna attached to it so can you really bring it with you! Like if her boyfriend wanted to bring it on the train with him could he?

My car come with it also from nissan. I would call the dealership and ask them how much? When i went to my dealership it was like $500 bucks. So I just might buy the portable one or have a family member get it for me for christmas.

we have the portable one that's a walkman - goes in the car & you can listen at home this way dh can usei t for howard next year... listen to it on the train on the way into the city

Ok so you can listen to it on the train but you have to buy seperate pieces in order to do this?

the pieces that you have to buy are the : xact system - receiver (which came home set up) xact system - portable pod then we bought little portable speakers to listen to it at home...
