Even after re-sizing why is it that I can't change my avatar picture? I even used the re-sizer on this website. Why do you think that is???

sometimes you yourself can't see it but others can. like for example, to me i see my e-pic but on others computers like my fh's i see the BOTW icon. Your picture did change though.
