sizes - HELP! Children's Place shoppers

Are 24M and 2T the same thing?

I'm on the Childen's Place website and I don't see any 2T, but thats the size I was told to buy.

Now, I would assume 24months = 2T, but I'm getting conflicting information.

The 3T size says 36m/3T, but my mom and aunt say 24M does not equal 2T.

HELP!

Someone told me that 2T clothes are longer than 24m. I am not positive that's correct though.

I found their size chart, and they don't have a 2T listed! Should I order the 24m?

That's weird b/c I've seen 2T in the stores... I agree w/Jenn, tho...the 2T tends to be longer than 24mos. (That's the size Paul is wearing right now, so I know!)
