Sizes of hair combs?

I found a hair comb that I like. It says that it is 2 inches. Is that an average size or is it small?

I am wearing my hair half up and wanted to wear this in the back.

I was just on a veil site getting a quote and it asked if I wanted a 3 or 4 inch comb. I had no idea what to pick either! I think 3 was standard with a chiffon veil, which is the type I am getting ...

does this refer to the length of the comb prongs or the width of the comb???

length. I just don't want something too small. Which site did you order from?

I didn't order it, the veil I wanted came to 87.00 and I found a similar one on ebay for 29.00 It was Veils by Roxanne. Might be cheaper for a regular tulle veil...
