sizing rings

has anyone had their ring sized and had the shape get messed up.

my original e-ring was way too big and when i had it sized, it turned into an almost oval shape.

i had it reset but asked for a size 5 which is a little too small for me. i want to have the new one resized to a 6 but am afraid that it will not be round when they are finished.

has anyone else had problems with ring sizings?

Thats definately not right. The ring should be a perfect circle not matter how many times its resized. Definately talk to the jeweler about that- if they dont agree that something is wrong, thats not good.

Also, I dont know what kind of setting you have on you e-ring, but be careful how many times you size it because its not good for the setting- it could loosen up the setting and thats not good.
