Can someone recommend a good skim coater? The previous owners did a really cr*ppy job with wall paper in the bathroom and in one of the berooms and the walls are destroyed!
Also, does anyone have any idea how much it costs to skim coat a room?

I know my parents loved the guy they used. I think it was ~$900 to take the wallpaper off, skim coat and paint (their dining room).

my dh is a carpenter and he said depending on the size of the room it might be cheaper to take the sheetrock down and install new rock. if you need an estimate just fm me good luck
