Skipping Aunt Flo...

Okay girls might be TMI, but....

I spoke to my Doctor today and he said it may or may NOT work!!!!! He told me what to do...But again he said it may NOT work....

I am flipping out because I now think I am going to have it for the Wedding and HM....

Have any of you been on Yasmin and skipped one month?!?!? and did it work?

I used to do this all the time......just start a new pack after the 3 weeks is done......it worked for me...

I'm not on Yasmin, but whenever it's 'inconvenient' for her to visit, I just start my new pack of pills. I've been doing this for years. My GYN told me it was safe to do for up to 3 months. One year I only got my period 4 times that year. It's a beautiful thing...

I'm on Yasmin and I do that and it totally works. I've never had a problem with it.

I'm on Yaz and did it a few months ago and again now in order to get my period the week before the wedding so I won't have it for the HM. It worked fine. I little spotting like the second week in but it was fine after that. I think you should be fine.

I have done this for medical reasons and it worked fine.

I'm on Yasmin also, and I tired to skip, I ended up spotting for the last two weeks of the second pack. Skip now, you have a few months before the wedding. I skipped back in january so I was sure it wouldnt be a problem. The one week off set it enough for the wedding

Yeah, in order to not get it the week of your wedding/ HM do it now and you can bump it up a week or twice for 2 weeks! I am in the middle of a skip now and I am spotting, so do it early for this reason.

NOOOOOO!!!! I am in the same boat and I am on Yaz! I haven't asked my Dr. about this yet, but I pray that I will be able to skip. It will be pure MISERY to have my period during the wedding and HM. OMG just thinking about it makes me feel crampy!

Im on Yasmin and ive never skipped before but Im supposed to get my period in the middle of our HM so I was just planning on starting the new pack then, hopefully it works!
