Sleep does not exist in my vocabulary! Whyyyy cant I just lie down and sleep like a normal person? Anyone have any homeopathic suggestions?

Re: Sleep
There is a pillow soar at bath and body works that you spay on your pillow before going to sleep...it's very relaxing and soothing. Also try a glass of warm milk with a spoon of sugar inside

Re: Sleep

Re: Sleep
I take a nap during the day. I usually get 5-6 hours of sleep a day. Then I go home and nap for two more hours.

Re: Sleep
I've been using this Sleep cd, it's called The Ison Method-Music for Sleep
I can fall asleep to it pretty quick and if I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll put it on again.
I have the hardest time quieting my mind and most of the time I have a hard time meditating unless someone else is leading. FH likes to watch tv while in bed before sleep, and I usually need absolute silence, so this works well for me.
