Am I the only one who hasn't been sleeping? If you've had this problem and found a remedy, please let me know. I can't do 3 more months of this.

Its getting worse too- I find when I wake up I am jumping out of bed like I am late for something.

Re: Sleeping
I had lots of problems sleeping. I would wake up at least 3 times during the night worrying about wedding stuff . I even had the nightmares after the wedding, it was weird. Hope your nights get better !

Re: Sleeping
I cant sleep either. FH said that two nights ago I popped up in the middle of my sleep and started to fix the covers on the bed. He then told me that I proceeded to yell at him about wedding stuff and then put my head down and go back to sleep. I am also waking up at least 3 times per night and when I wake up I get the feeling that I should start doing stuff for the wedding.

Re: Sleeping
Honestly, I stopped drinking wine, and started kickboxing. Now I sleep like a baby.
Have you tried 'Sleepytime' tea by celestial seasonings?? It has venerial in it, and will help you fall asleep.

Re: Sleeping
I was having this problem a few weeks ago. I took a Xanax, slept like a baby one night, and then the problems went awayyyy.

Re: Sleeping
Ok this may sound silly but apparently it REALLY WORKS. Go to bath and body they have a lavender sleep section. Purchase the lavender sleep spray and just sprits it on your linen before you lay down. My friend from work was always a horrible sleeper and she heard on Dr. Oz that smelling lavender helps you fall asleep and she figured she'd try it and she swears by it now lol, I've also heard of this helping other people. Try it out!

Re: Sleeping
doctor gave me a low dose hydroxine. it's like a high power benedryl, non-habit forming.
if you're the type of person who thinks benedryl has the reverse effect on you, then don't take it. works pretty good although it has intensified my dreams.
