I put Emma to sleep on her back. I go in to check on her and she has rolled herself onto her stomach. Shes strong enough to roll over, crawl, pull herself up and stand for about 5 seconds at a time by herself (we accomplished that yesterday!!!). Should I let her be on her stomach or should I roll her over and risk waking her up?? With all the SIDS facts Im nervous but she is 8 months and 1 week old.

Re: Sleeping on her belly
Paul too, has taken to sleeping on his belly sometimes. I just leave him - unless he's tangled in his blanket. Then I just nudge him a little until he's on his side. For the most part, once they are over 5 months old, I don't think SIDS is as much of a risk anymore...but, don't quote me on that....I'd have to look it up to be sure.

Re: Sleeping on her belly
Geno has slept on his belly from day 1. He will not sleep otherwise. Our parents slept on there belly and they survived, and so did many of us. So I wouldnt worry too much about it.
