I have the opposite problem. Fall asleep fine at night and then wake up super early.

That's like my mom, she falls asleep every night at 830, then complains that she's up at 4! But she's nuts, she wakes up, goes running, does yoga, meditates, etc. I think she lives an entire day before anyone else gets up!

Sue, I am like that, too! Even on the weekends I am up with the sun. I can't even believe that there were times in my life when I wouldn't get up until the afternoon.
