Sleeveless blouse on job interview?

Sleeveless blouse on job interview?

Tomorrow I'm interviewing for a different position in my school. I have to go to the region office to meet with one of the local superintendents. I already know this woman from meetings at my school.

Anyway, I got two shirts tonight. The one I like more is a black sleeveless wrap blouse in a silky polyester. Would it be appropriate with a pair of dress pants or a skirt? Or should I wear the one with the sleeves?

Thanks!

you can never go wrong with a button down long sleeve shirt & black skirt. you may be a little warm, but i'd go with sleeves over no sleeves. good luck!

Definitely wear the one with sleeves or, if you want, wear the sleeveless one but put a jacket on.

I would have to veto bare arms during an interview...it just shows a level of casual-ness that may not be beneficial during a first meeting. JMO....

i usually wear a sleeveless blouse under a blazer, that way i get the relief of a sleeveless as soon as i walk out of the interview!

Thanks ladies. I am going to go with the sleeves, and change when I get out of the interview (since I will have to return to my school till summer school's out for the day! I realized too that the other blouse will be great for dressing up for dinner on our HM!
