Try Pronovias...
Pronovias
I was just going to say that!
Pronovias has a LOT of really cool designs with sleeves or sleeveless. (All the designers seem to be showing a lot more 'sleeves' this season)
This is mine (also Pronovias):

Go to David's, I tried on tons of dresses there that weren't strapless... I wound up buying my dress there (it's a halter)... Good luck!!

I wanted a tank style also but couldn't find one. I went with strapless. Good luck in your search!!! I hope you post pics!

Re: Sleeveless (not strapless) gown
I was looking for a scoopneck dress. I found one at Bridal Garden that is just slightly off the shoulder, so that I could still move my arms up enough to dance.
It is by Private Label by G, style 713. (Let's see if I can get the link to work!)
I'm still looking though. All of your suggestions so far have been great! Thanks for your help!

Re: Sleeveless (not strapless) gown
I agree that sometimes the salespeople might not feel like digging 'in the back' for the dresses with straps! The one l really liked at Princess Bridal was on a rack that was hidden behind a portable rack that was tied to the wall, so the saleslady and I literally wedged ourselves between the 2 racks to pull it out! It probably had not been tried on in a year. The only drawback to that dress was that it cost twice as much as the other style at Bridal Garden. Burtons tried to find it by calling the mfg., but even they couldn't recall it based on the description. Apparently is is at least 4 years old. I suppose I'm either behind the times, or slightly ahead of the time, as one saleslady told me that she saw a preview of some future collections and there are more with straps. Unfortunately, those won't be ready in time for my wedding. Oh well. The search continues. . .Welcome New Vendors
