We're doing a montage - the DJ is putting it together and will show it on the plasmas.

I'm a HUGE picture person, so I really like this idea. Our wedding is the first big/official wedding with a reception so it's not like our families have seen this done (friends, maybe they have).

We are also doing a montage at our reception, in addition our DJ/Photographer/Videographer's are going to be putting in clips from the ceremony at church as well....can't wait to see how it all comes together.

so for those that are doing montages is it just going to be playing in the background or are you going to announce it and have everyone watch it?

I think ours is going to be shown right before we're announced and come in.

I think it might be nice to have it play every half hour or hour during the reception (ours will only be about 5 minutes, so if it's longer maybe not?)... only have it play without sound so that you can still have the music playing during the reception.
