Slideshow @ Reception

Who prepares and takes care of the photo montage/ Slideshow at the reception?

Is it the DJ company or the videography/photographer?

Re: Slideshow @ Reception

I think the DJ company does it. You tell them which songs you want to use and then you give them pictures on a CD that you want to use and they put it together for you.

Of course you could always do it yourself and then just give them the disc to play.

Our DJ is doing it...I'm fairly certain this is the norm.

Im having 2. The first is with the DJ which are our baby pictures and then our pictures as a couple. The other I just won at an event which is from the photographer. Its the zap shots on a 50' plasma tv but the other slideshow is done by the DJ

either the DJ or photographer... depends on who you go with. Or you could do it yourself.

Re: Slideshow @ Reception

i made the slideshow on my computer and provided the DJ w/ the cd weeks before the wedding. they then displayed it on there TVS, it saved A TON of money by me doing it, and it actually came out better than ha/f the stfuf i have seen at weddings b/c i was able to time it just perfect w/ songs lyrics and was able to have unlimited pictures!
