I haven't done it in a while - but it gave me stomach pains and a TON of gas!! It think from all the crap they put in it to give it a long shelf life!! And to be honest - I was really hungry!

it works for DH all the time...just make sure you eat the fruit as snacks...and have a really healthy dinner...with fiber...

I was on it a few years ago and lost 10 pounds in a week...but as soon as I started eating normally again I gained it all back. I do remember Slim fast gave me such bad breath, and the shakes tasted nasty....Especially the ones in the metal cans. Also My stomach hurt all the time, Probably from all the chemicals in the shake.
