Slimfast anyone?

Has anyone done this and lost or at least followed it? I'm getting desperate. I gained about 10 pounds when I should be losing ... I'm thinking of doing liquid diet. Though I've been working out, I can't stop eating - especially at work. They have tons of chocolate and snacks. So angry with myself.
