sling

I have a carrier that I don't really like right now. I think Madeleine is a bit too small for it, plus it's a bit uncomfortable on me... it's the Grow-with-me Snugli. I use the cradle position with her so she can rest.

But I'm trying to find a sling that's a bit more comfortable for both her and I. Any suggestions would be very helpful!

I recently got this Kangaroo Fleece Sling. I really dont' like it - but a lot of people rave. Elizabeth seems to like hers - Sophia is just not into it. Really - I think I can't return it, I am finding out today - but if you want it you can buy it from me for a low price! (I was thinking about putting it on ebay cause it's useless to me). The concept seems amazing, it's just not the answer over here.

I hear good things about the Maya sling and I might try something like that at some point, but honestly from how you describe your active lifestyle, I think the Bjorn is the best bet for you. Madeline may not like it in the beginning but once she can hold her head up and face out I bet it will be the winner.

I was thinking about getting the Bjorn carrier tomorrow. But then it's the whole holding her head up on her own, and she really likes to be held like all of the time so I was kind of hoping to use it as soon as possible. Can you put little ones with wobbly heads in the Bjorn, or would it be best to wait?
