Slip / Crinoline question
Does the slip get sewn into the dress? Or will I tie it on with the drawstring at the fitting?

Re: Slip / Crinoline question
I think most slips are with the pull sting and you tie it. I am not wearing one, my dress has a lot of crinoline already in the skirt. I am wearing a Demetrio's dress, I think you are wearing Demetrio's too? right? The best way to get this answer is to call your bridal salon doing your dress.
I pick my dress up on Nov 17th

Yup, I have a Demetrios too. It needed a little more 'poof' so I have an additional slip. My second fitting is on Tuesday I guess I 'll find out then. Not a huge issue, just curious.

Re: Slip / Crinoline question
Sorry to hijack your post, but do you ladies think one could borrow a slip/crinoline? Do they come in sizes? One of my BM got married this September, we're similar sizes, similar heights and I think her slip would be just the right amount of fluff for me. What do you think?

You just reminded me I have to order mine (the kind with the drawstring) so not looking forward to that aspect of the wedding dress!
