Did you get your slip steamed? What happens if you get it steamed? Does it get poofier? Less poofy?

I just let it hang. It doesnt show in pics so it made no sense to steam it.

Re: Slip Steaming
I had mine steamed by my seamstress, who sewed the slip into my dress so that I didn't have to put it over my head. It helps it sit right and it doesn't bunch up as easily then.

Re: Slip Steaming
I tried steeming it myself the morning of the wedding. And barely any wrinkes came out. Honestly it made no difference. I guess it could depend on your gown though. I didnt have time to have it done professionally.

I just turned on the shower and hung it up in the bathroom. I wouldn't go crazy. It didn't make it poofy-er just made it lay more flat.

Re: Slip Steaming
oh wow, my slip has been in the packaging ever since i got brought it home over a month ago. Maybe I should take it out and let it hang till the wedding? I never even thought about it. I could care less if it has wrinkles since it's UNDER the dress anyway, but I want it to be puffy and such. Hmmm. Thanks for the info
