Slipper Basket Question...

Where did everyone find their organza bags for each of the slippers and what size exactly were they?
Any good deals on Chinese Slippers, that I should know about or do I have to make a trip into Chinatown?

Ebay Seller “Favor Frenzy” . They were very efficient. You will want the wine bottle bags. Get the biggest ones. I think they are 6x14.

http://store.intertrademall.com/chmesl.html has chinese slippers 12 for $24. I havent looked around to see if there are better prices.

The slippers for the basket are for guests with tired feet, from all of the dancing. The basket is left up front by the DJ.

I also plan on getting slippers for my BP as well.

that's where I bought mine, also. As for the slippers, I went to a few dollar stores (one in East Meadow, one in Freeport) and they were $1 each.

I think we went to the same stores, The one in Freeport is on Merrick Road across from the Library in the McDonald's shopping center. They were great!!!

I did 6 X 14, but had some difficulty with size 10 (a lilo too big for the bag)

I never heard of this idea but I really like it! How many pairs of slippers do you buy? I will be having about 200 people, so I guess about 100 women. Although it would be funny to see men in these glittery shoes

I got about 65 for a total of 110 guests. Though other do less than half. Probably around 75 (not every woman will take them).
