I got mine from InterTradeCorp.

These four were in an 09 Brides Post, I remember the first one being used by a couple of brides who posted pics of their slipper baskets:

1. Dance around with your pretty shoes, and never miss a beat, But when they ache just take a break, and wear these on your feet

2. All dressed up with pretty shoes,dancing more and more, Please help yourself to a pair of these, if your feet should get sore

3. When your feet begin to hurt,and you don't think you can move, put these slippers on your feet,and get back in the groove

4. Bought new shoes to match your dress and now they're feeling tight?Have not a care just take a pair,and you can dance all night
