this simple project has been the most annoying thing of all time.
so These are my escort card boxes.
I made 4 of them with alphabet tags to put on each side of the big round center table right outside my Room at the hall.
The boxes are going to be filled with ivy... now I am trying to decide to use the clips I bought (pic below) or do tent cards kinda like the grass style, but on ivy...
So the question is: tented escort cards or use the clips I already own?
PS: they look kinda blue in the pic but they are the same pearly purple as my table numbers and everything else and the paper for the tags is a swirl embossed silver paper.
well I am 100% using ivy... I am just trying to decide whether or not to do tented escort cards or stick those clips into the ivy.

i think the tented card in the ivy would look so pretty! Also, if the clips are sitting on top of ivy, there may be a risk of them falling over...

well the clips would sit in it and we would fill the ivy over and around it...

Hmm, would your guests be taking the entire heart thing out of the box or just unclipping the card from it? If they take the whole thing since it will have ivy over and around it then I would be afraid when they pull it out they might tip others over and make a mess out of it. I think tent cards would be beautiful in them and maybe you can sell the others on here. The boxes came out great btw!

thanks - yeah I am leaning more and more towards the tented cards - I just spent $145 on these clips haha
If I could even make $50 off the 80 clips I would feel justified in not using them.

I could - but I wont have the Ivy - my florist is getting live ivy not silk.
