My office has 5 secretaries/assistants and we typically all get them something small as a token of appreciation at Christmas time. Last year, I made each of them hand beaded ornaments - this year, I have no time! I can spend 5-10 dollars on each of them, but don't want to go over that. Any ideas?
We've tried to do a group gift, but some people don't participate....

Re: small gift suggestion?
just a note - I work in a firm that has all women secretaries and the bosses get them lotions every year and they hate them. They would much rather prefer chocolate - as i have heard.

Re: small gift suggestion?
Last year we got my dh support staff a bottle of Yellow Tail Shiraz and a small box of Lindt milk chocoalte. The wine (which we really enjoy) is only $6.00 a bottle and the chocolate we found for $5.00 a box. They all really enjoyed it, this year we are getting them a white wine with white chocolate.

Re: small gift suggestion?
The Winter White by Pindar (for wine) has worked for me on several occasions as an inexpensive gift. Definitely under $10.
What about this? If you buy 2 or more they are 8.99 each!

Re: small gift suggestion?
i always love getting cds! i get tired of getting the same old candle, picture frame, bottle of lotion, etc. you can find tons of cds on cdnow.com for less than 10 bucks, and you also get free shipping if you spend more than 25 dollars. maybe you can get them some holiday music?
