I have a small headcount (100-125 people) so I got knocked out of a lot of beautiful venues like Tribeca Rooftop and Oheka Castle.
Have any suggestions for smaller weddings?
I don't mind a place with more than one function going on at once but I don't want my guests tripping over other guests and hearing music from another wedding.
I also do not want to be swimming in the event space either.

East Wind. My guest count is in the same range as yours. Other places I looked at include, Giorgios, Stewart Manor CC, all the mansions (no minimum required except for Harrison House), Harbor Club in Huntington, Stonebridge CC, Old Field Club, and Louis XVI. There are a TON more, I just can't remember them all at the moment.

I've been to small weddings at Larkfield Manor, Carltun on the Sound, the Milleridge, and the Crest Hollow. Larkfield and the Crest Hollow had multiple weddings at the same time

The 3 West club in Manhattan is a cute venue for your size. It was also relatively affordable (for Manhattan).

We got married at Glen Island Harbour Club in Westchester (only about 30 minutes from Garden City) and their minimum for a Sat night was 125.

We are expecting 120. We looked at the George Washington Manor (perfect for 100 pple), Timber Point Country Club, West Lake Inn, and of course Bellport Country CLub.
