small photography check!

small photography check!

just got our permit to take photos at the Arboretum in Oyster Bay!! we're going to have to make a bit of a trek to get there, but I feel like we have time. it was $100 for photos, and I did the extra greenhouse option in case it rains (just too nervous about it, even tho weatherwhiz says i'm good)

my ceremony is at 2pm, full mass in queens (by bayside), we have to be at the arboretum by 4:30 and they'll let us take photos until 6. my reception starts at 7 at russo's. am i nuts for doing this?? i'd ideally try to leave the photos closer to 5:30 in case of traffic. i just really want nice photos and my first option Queens Botanical Gardens is gross nowadays :( what do you think?

I'm so glad you're doing this, lol!

I'm getting married in Queens, too, and was worried about getting out there but I feel better now knowing someone else thought it was a good idea too!
