Small Venues???

Does anyone know of any venues, Nassau or Suffolk, that have a low minimum and are also affordable that have both outdoor ceremony capabilities and indoor reception??? Please Help! Thank you

My friend is getting married at West Sayville in 2010 and I think she said she is paying 105 per person. This includes taxes and gratuity. The marina is next door and you can get married on the dock.
