I want to host a very small wedding of no more than fifty people but I can not find a venue that will accept such a small number of guests (most want 100 or more). I am looking for a modern chic style wedding! I have been searching for weeks.

smithtown landing has a room for a 50 minimum! and also look into the cottage at eastwind

There is a smaller room at Chateau Briand, not sure what the minimum is, but it's definitely modern chic and beautiful!

Sunset Harbour in Patchogue. They accepted us for the 'club room' which is still pretty for 55 guests and they are not expensive. Ask for Gina or Andy.

Swan Club in Roslyn/Glenwood Landing has a room that has a 40 person minimum. It's called the After Deck. Call and ask for Stephanie... she's amazing.

Have you seen the View in Oakdale? Very Modern and Chic while still being beachy and comfortable. Or Insignia, that has a very different style. Both of these are restaurants but can be rented for Small Weddings.
