Smaller weddings at the Fox Hollow, Westbury Manor and Chateau Briand
Is anyone having their wedding at the smaller room at one of these places? If so, where is your cocktail hour held? I heard that the Fox Hollow winter pavilion room is used for the CH for larger weddings. If your wedding is held at the winter pavilion room, where is the CH held? And is the CH room sufficient for the amount of guests? (Are there enough chairs for everyone to sit?)
Also, if anyone is having a smaller wedding (under 130 people) at any of these places, please post what your minimum is.
Thanks!

My minimum for the Fox Hollow's WGP is 110. Cocktail hour will be held in 2 rooms upstairs- I forget, it's the one's that they use for ceremonies. I've seen them set these up for cocktail hour and it looks really nice. They have someone at the door directing people to the second room- just so they don't miss it.
The second room has skylights and is really nice (smaller though). I plan on having a quartet play in the larger room and the DJ play jazz in the 2nd- different vibes.
Hope this helps. It's a wonderful venue!

I am having a small guest list. My reception will be at the Saturnia and the cocktail hour will be in Europa !!

I guess I should have added- if everything is on different floors (Cocktail hour, Dinner, bathroom) what is the stairs/elevator/ramp situation? I have a few older or handicapped guests.

there is definitely an elevator at the CB. I am having a larger wedding in the Leonardo DaVinci room, but I think someone told me that they can half that room for smaller weddings.

If you use the Wintergarden Pavillion at the Fox Holliow, the CH is upstairs. There is an elevator available.
Dinner and dancing, downstairs.

i got married in the Hill Room at Westbury Manor. we had 100 people, and it was a snug but cozy fit. anymore would have been too much. our CH was on the same floor, right across the hall from the reception room. i actually like the CH room upstairs, it's very very pretty, so I was happy we had that room. it was tight for 100 people, but everyone still enjoyed themselves. our bridal suite, rest rooms, CH room, reception and ceremony were all on the same floor.
