I had heard good things also. I had had my parents go look at it for me (I live overseas) and they thought it was nice and sent me lots of pictures. The price was great as well $76 pp (all inclusive) and included a lot.

Some of things that I considered negatives were that there didn't seem to be any locations for pictures. Maybe you would want to do pictures someplace else because all they have is golfcourse for scenery. Also the ceremony location that my parents showed me was under a tarp overlooking the golfcourse and not very attractive in my opinion. But for a bride getting married at church, this may not even be an issue.

The only complaint that I have heard from other brides in the past through my searching old posts, is that you can hear the golfers during cocktail hour. Also there is a bit of a walk from the Merrywood Cottage (cocktail hour) to the reception area-- which may pose some difficulty for older guests. But these are all kind of minor complaints (and I have heard they will trasport older guests by golf cart if it's a problem).
