I need some suggestions for a location for my RD. Smithtown/Hauppauge would be ideal. Around $15 per person. Would like for there to be a private room and beer/wine included. Please help!

You are not going to find something for $15 per person, especially with wine/beer. are you planning on doing it during the week, like Mon-Thurs? Then you may find something cheaper, but on a Friday or Sat night you will pay anywhere from $30 plus.. I know this b/c I called every restaurant in hauppauge/smithtown for mine!

Agreed...DEFINITELY will not find anything for $15/pp. I had mine at Butterfields in Hauppauge for $27/pp on a Sat night, not including beer/wine.
My fmil is leaning towards John Harvards because they have a back room. I personally don't want it there. I'm not sure how much it is though.

nochellos in northport isnt too expensive, but im not sure exactly how much
If there's anyway you can do a lunch Carrabba's has a luncheon thing, their prices range from $15-$19 per person and it includes a salad/soup, entree and a mini dessert! If you go onto their site under catering is all the info. It appears that they shut the restaurant down for it too. Check it out :)

i know Orlando's does a prix fix on the weekdays for like $20 or so, but i don't think you can get alcohol for that. You could look into what a corking fee would be and buy your own wine and large format corked beer for each table...
Im doing orlando's but a friday night dinner, with alcohol. You could probably get it a little cheaper for Thurs. with no alcohol. Give them a call! They have good food.

FSIL had hers at Hotoke a hibachi place in Smithtown and it was really nice.
