Smoke Ciggarettes?

i am a serial quitter.

probably for the last 4 years i've quit new years eve cold turkey and will always go back once i go on vacation. happened this year when we went on our HM. I'm only at 1-2 a day vs way more before but i'm still back i hate myself for this

I have an extreme hatred towards them. I always have...I actually have never even tried it!

But I have seen co-workers battle with quitting...I know how addictive it can be! For all who are trying to quit!

Guilty!

But I plan on quitting in November...psyching myself up for it...my older sister told me to quit 6 months before we start trying for babies.

I stopped cold turkey april 2010 but started up again before the wedding and still have not been able to quit
