Smores Pie
Okay .. so when I did my Brownie Bottoms a couple of weeks ago .. I ended up with instant pudding that went unused (that recipe needed cook & serve, not instant) .. so .. goofing around .. here's what I did ..
Made instant pudding as directed
Added in lots of chopped pecans
Added in lots of chocolate chips
Poured mixture into ready-made graham cracker pie crust
Dropped spoonfuls of Marshmallow Fluff over top of pie
Sprinkled chopped pecans & chocolate chips over top of pie
Chill
Eat
Yum!
