Smurfs

Did anyone used to collect these?

are they still on TV - cable maybe? I always look on the cartoon network and never can find it...

I did! Those little miniature ones. I have a ll the posable Care Bears too

I loved them.. i even got a lifesize plush one for my birthday one year....

Smurfs - are such a family joke with me. When we were younger and my parents were at work - we decided to have a yard sale and sold all our smurfs for $20 (we had like every smurf imaginable). We were so excited 'casue $20 as a kid is so great! Well my parents got home and flipped at the sale of all the smurfs saying they are a collectors items (they were also mad at the sale in general - ooops!)! We had to go and get our smurfs back!! (Someone had bought the whole bucket of them.) So 'til today they are all sitting in my parents attic. DH saw them the other day and stole the baseball one for our car!!

I have to go pull out the bucket one day....

I did! I had a couple, but some of my friends had every single one. Boy was I jealous. We actually sat around for hours playing with them, ahh childhood before Playstation! LOL

I had maybe 2 or 3 of the collectible ones but I watched the cartoon religiously!!

My DH still has all of his smurfs and his G.I. Joes. I had smurfs when I was little too but my mom threw them away once we got older She never saved anything! It's sick!!
