snack time :-)

anyone else snack throughout the day? i feel like i'm CONSTANTLY eating!

my current snack is a fruit flavored candy cane ...

do you snack all day long and if so, what are you currently munching on?


ETA: i just realized this candy cane turned my whole tongue blue

I'm hungry all the time, but I don't snack as often as I should and then I overeat.

i had a banana before 12pm

and i just had an apple

gotta eat small healthy meals and snacks every few hours
