Snapper Inn

I am considering having my ceremony/reception at the Snapper Inn. Any comments on the Snapper?

So cute - love the pavillion outside!!!

Just make sure you know that customers will be using the outside bar/lawn. They don't close that off for you while you have your wedding in the pavillion. Just an FYI.

Yeah, that killed it for us. We wanted to get married on a Friday night there until my gym friend told me how her and her friends go to Happy Hour there to crash wedding cocktail hours.

It is very cute and the pavilion is much nicer than you think it would be.

My family loves the Snapper Inn.

I had my sweet sixteen at the outdoor pavilion part (before they re-did it a few years ago)

Both my sister & I's bridal showers were ther.

& my nephews christening was there.

It's so pretty....& the food is good.

My sister had her engagement party on the big outside gazebo last July - very hot - hard to dance on the plank wood floor... BUT beautiful views

I love it..not your typical catering hall...more intimate, on the water... great location!

Same here. I didn't want strangers crashing my wedding.

Re: Snapper Inn

My sister got married there, and my friend. It rained the day of my sister's wedding, and she had it outside, and we had a blast regardless! I believe cocktail hour was in the inside...but it didn't matter to them, they had a great day! My friend had hers there and it was a gorgeous day in the summer, and the cocktail hour was outside by the water. The views were spectacular! The only bad thing (which i heard they were upgrading), were the plastic chairs...they were very casual, and bbqish. I was considering getting married there, but to many people I know got married there.

Also, FYI, at my sister's wedding they had the dance floor int he middle of the room, which split the 2 sides up. For my friend's wedding, they had the dance floor at one end, and the table's at the other. I am not sure if that was her decision, but I liked when they had the dance floor in the middle. A lot less people danced at my friend's wedding.

Good luck!!

My coworker owns snapper Inn with her family. Nice place is what I heard I did look at it for my wedding but not what I was looking for.
