Sneakers with Tuxes?

Ladies...my FH has only one request for our entire wedding...he wants all of the guys to wear black and white converse sneakers. I told him okay, but now I'm not sure...What do you think? Do you know anyone who has done this?

No but I'm determined to wear a pair of Nike Air Force One's after the ceremony.. FH isn't feeling the idea though..

I just went to a wedding where they did that and it was the cutest thing everrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I so loved it! I would say do it!

At first I wasn't sure about it... The bride told me she was doing that before the wedding came and I was a little iffy on it.

Fast Forward to the wedding... and I saw it and so LOVED it! It really was sooo adorable! They looked soo nice. They were all brand new converse in black and white and it really went well with the wedding. I thought it might not look right at first but I was dead wrong! SOOO CUTE!

I say do it 100%!!

I would do it too but she did it and I don't want to steal her idea... plus it doesn't really go with my theme... but you never know... I might change my mind about all that bc I really did love it!

im honestly not a fan of it...not for our wedding...a lot more weddings you do see this now

I've seen it and with all brand new black and white Chuck Taylors it looks pretty cute...Not for me though!!! Good luck!! I say go for it if you like the look!! A lot of people do this now!!!

It's definately a cute and very fun look.
I think you have to decide if that's the type of 'theme' or 'image' you want to create for your wedding. It's all just a matter of taste- either your going to love it or it's not for you.
Have you tried googling it in photos- You really have to see it in order to know if it's for you.
For instance, if your wedding invitation says 'black tie' on it then I don't think that's what you are trying to portrey but..if your wedding is more laid back then I think it's a unique idea.

My brother did it for his wedding a few years ago. Him and all the GM wore cream colored converse. His wife (my sis in law) even had a pair for her. They were a pearly silver w/ a few pearls on them, i thought it was so cute.
