You think you got it bad??

When I sleep over FH's house, I not only get his sorta snoring..but I get his American Bulldog's full fledged snoring and farting!!!! urghhhh!!!

My FH SNORES and has SLEEP APNEA. He actually stops breathing and then eventually jerks himself awake and gasps for breath. He's constantly tossing and turning and moving my pillow, and kicking me ... He doesn't actually physically wake up so he has no idea he does that. It happens like every 15-25 seconds. I never sleep when I'm with him, I really don't know what's going to happen when I move in for good

How do you handle??? I end up sleeping on FMIL's couch whenever I stay over! I don't know what to do!

OMG! Me too - we don't live together, but he stays on the weekend - and I can't deal!! I elbow him...he stops...I stop he starts!!

I've tried earplugs also, but they only work if I fall asleep first. One of us ends up on the couch each nite. DH eventually went to a sleep clinic where he was diagnosed with sleep apnea, which is very dangerous.

Maybe your honey should see a doctor about it. We went to Winthrop Hospital sleep clinic. They were terrific!!

i use earplugs! it works for me. and he ALWAYS falls asleep before me. I don't mind low snoring (which i can still hear a little with earplugs) but its when its really loud that i have trouble sleeping.

When he started going to chiropractor it eased his snoring A LOT. but now we stopped going and its back. I sometimes wonder if he has sleep apnea. Its almost IMPOSSIBLE to wake him in the morning... even on weekends after 9 hours of sleep. Its like he got no sleep.
