Re: SNOW

yup!!! I live in Northern Jersey, and they are saying 8' I may have no choice but to take a snow day tomorrow b/c DH will be away on business and we have such a long and steep driveway that I can't possibly clean it myself, even with the snow blower!

Re: SNOW

This is what weather.com has for tomorrow for Huntington (which should be pretty representative of most of the island) -

'Snow showers in the morning giving way to a mixture of rain and sleet in the afternoon... snow accumulations less than one inch'

So, not enough to cancel school, but enough to make my commute miserable. Ug.

Re: SNOW

Ok, but then I checked national weather service and this is what they had to say:

'Periods of snow and sleet. High near 30. South wind 6 to 13 mph becoming north. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible. '

Probably still not enough to cancel school though. Oh well. Haven't had a single snow day all winter!

Re: SNOW

I'm taking my laptop home with me tonight just incase it's bad. since my company never closes (unless there is 3 feet of snow), I can work from home if it's a mess out there.

It's funny, mine said that too on weather.com but, when I clicked into the advisory on the top of the page, it suddenly said more.

I'm hoping it isn't too bad because I have to come in tomorrow.
