mike and i are really into christmas.. so i was thinking it might be nice to give out snowflake ornaments at the wedding...most our our friends/family know how much i love crafts so i was thinking it might be a nice idea to actually make them all, so they could have something personal from me...
for my cousins wedding she made snowflakes cutting them out of metal.. im not sure how hard that is... anyone know? and any other ideas for making snowflakes?
thanks!

Re: snowflake ornament help
How many do you have to make? You could check out Michael's or another craft store for kits or ideas. Also, check out Lillian Vernon Catalog web site. They often have sets of ornaments - maybe you could somehow personalize those with additional painting or other decor.

Re: snowflake ornament help
Oriental trading has bead kits. I'll see if I can find them for you.
I can't make the link work. Go to orientaltradingcompany.com and do a search for snowflake- there are tons of kits and ornaments for good prices.
Here is just one- it is 4.95 for a kit to make 24.
