So....

I went to a wedding this weekend...it was sooo sweet, you could tell how much they are in love.

HOWEVER, i couldnt help but get a little sad. I was thinking about the finality of it all. All that planning and stressing and excitement and its over...just like that. And the next day, its just back to normal. Makes me sad.....I want my day to be here but at the same time I dont want it to be over!!

lol, i can't WAIT for it to be over.

I feel like I'm waiting for a huge final exam. I can't wait to be just NORMAL with FH and I and our dogs not saving every penny, not researching vendors, and just being able to start our life together.

Who knows, I may feel different the day of.

I have mixed feelings about it being over. I get so stressed out over things so I'm excited for the stressing to end and to be sitting on a beach with FH on our honeymoon!!! But - what the hell am I going to do all day when I don't have a wedding to plan anymore??? Lol

I know what you mean, but theres still all kinds of exciting stuff left. The honeymoon...maybe buying a house? A baby? Of course, life with FH. And if you want you can always plan a big anniversary party somewhere down the line....

EXACTLY... i cant wait to not have something else i have to do... or worry about where the money is going to come from...

Don't get me wrong, I am having fun planning the wedding and can't wait to see everything come together on the big day and celebrate with our family/friends, but I am going to be happy when it's all over because I am finally married to my best friend and we can just relax, start to save for a house and start a family.

I'm looking forward to the wedding itself and the celebration, but I am more looking forward to the life after the wedding. I'm looking forward to not worrying about every single penny and starting a family.

I feel the same way.... It's exciting, fun and at times stressful planning a wedding . We went to a friends wedding and I asked how was her day going? and shes like omg it's crazy *in a good way* but said it's going by soo fast shes not sure if she'll remember everything..

I want to remember and enjoy EVERYTHING! And the at the end of that date ill be a MRS!

i know - i think that's why i'm ok with the wedding still being so far away - b/c i want to enjoy the little time that we have engaged. but i'm sure it'll be a relief once it's all over

I can't wait for the big day but it will be like-- ummmm now what? Luckily i will have all my friends to help plan! As for me we will be busy baby making!! And it will be nice not to have to go crazy over every single penny!!

I know what you mean! 1-2 years of planning and then it's all over...but you get to look forward to your honeymoon and all the other fun things that go along with married life. Having babies etc!
