One of my vendors who will remail nameless did not perform a contracted duty that we had paid for...he/she told us we would receive the $ back for the service that was not performed. At first i was really disappointed that we didnt get what we booked but it was a relief that we were going to get our $500 back for the add on service. This person gave us a check and i deposited it. Today i got a lovely notice in the mail that the check bounced and they charged me a $30 fee!!!!!! DH called immediately and they will give us the money plus the fee but still i am so annoyed to even have to deal with this

Hopefully it wasn't Event Galleria, they were on Shame on You the other night. That would really pi$$ me off. Make sure you keep proof in case it goes to small claims.

I understand your annoyance. But your DH called and they said you'd get the money plus the bounce check fee.....give them a week if not.....then...KILL!!!! Seriously small claims court and BBB threat will/should get them into shape. Keep us posted.

Yeah i agree but it's just annoying. first we book them for their service and they did part and did a great job of it then the other part of their service that we booked didnt get done and i was pissed. Then they finally agree to give us our money back (after a slight debate) and then the check bounces?!?!?! Ugh its just annoying
