I dont wat to say the hall names but I am bout to go down there and cause HELL. We canceled our hall in April (a year and half before the wedding for money and family issues). The owner said no matter what if they book or not we can get our money back (4grand). we are activity back into planning our wedding but we want a closer hall (to Queens) and a later date , like 3 months later. I have left 4 messages for the owner to call me and he has not replied or called back. I call them today and they were like 'he not in'. I told the lady on the phone that if I have to come down there in person, there will be a big issue. Mindyou, one of the times I called, he was on the phone and couldnt call me back?!?!?. So annoyed and just wish he was there now so I could go down there. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

UPDATE:
I spoke with the guy I been leaving messages for, I should have my check by next week- all in fullamount of 4,000. PEWHHHHHH

He was like as we spoke, we will keep 1000 and you will get 3000. I am like no, you stated to me that I would get it all back regardless if you re-book or not and he like your right (after keeping me on hold for like 20minutes). I feel better knowing I dont have to hurt anyone lol

Honestly, I'd go down there! It's not like it's $500- it's 4k!!!

i bet they are dodging you bc they dont want to give up 4K but im would absolutely go there and make a scene.

We canceled our first hall and we had to deal with the director of sales to get our money back, not our banquet manager. Maybe there us someone above the person you are calling.

Ps. In your album you have pics of I am assuming the hall your talking about. FYI.
