I was supposed to go and see my dress tonight but I had to reschedule since I was made to feel like the dog poop on the bottom of someones shoe because I was the only appointment after 2pm. I was just in tears because when I wanted to keep the appointment the lady Donna at Lillette's huffed and became nasty. I dont want to make these people made at me and then do a half crack job on my dress when it came to alterations ect. So dissappointed so far since Ive had to deal with the alterations department with the 3 dffrent people I had to speak to just to make this appointment. The girls I spoke with also forgot to tell me that I had to bring my balance even just to try the dress on. I wish Carol could be the only person I had to deal with there because she is a doll. Dont get discouraged girls maybe everyone is just having a bad day all around but I was very offended and upset.

I would DEF call Carol and complain...this should be the best experience of your life! I am sure they will not ruin your alterations if they want to stay in business!

too late now im starting the alterations.
Ill stop in with Carol next week. Im just really upset I said I dont want to make you mad and you dont do the best job on my dress and she kind of got offended but yeah wouldnt you feel the same way?

Oh no, I'm using them too, this makes me nervous
I actually just had a bad experience with them, I had an appt with them on Sunday but received a message at 10 saying that they were thinking about closing and to please call them back. I called them SEVEN times and each time I got a recording and then disconnected so I figured they decided to close. Then at like 1:00 I get a nasty call saying I missed my appt. Turns out they set their phones to 'night' so calls weren't going through at all but I was not happy that they caught an attitude with me!

the sales ladies are wonderful and its been nothing but awesome dealing with them. I just think the snow has put people in a bad mood.

Yea I love Gerry my sales girl, she's not the one who called me on Suday. Hopefully you're right and it's just the stress of the weather getting to people.
