i am using my work laptop which does not have aol on it my laptop is one year old and i have had nothing but problems with it everytime i turn it on, it keeps saying error with windows and i dont know whats wrong!!! i am NOT happy!!!!!
ok, i left it on the charger for about an hour, and now its working - im still going to call DELL
