So annoyed with FTMB *updated*
Hi ladies, just wanted to see if anyone else has had issues with For The Modern Bride?
I emailed them on Thursday (after calling Wednesday and hearing nothing back) because I hadn't gotten an email, picture, status update, NOTHING and my wedding was less than two weeks. They emailed me back that my designer had emailed me on Monday (checked inbox, trash, and spam folders...NOTHING) and that my cardbox would be finished and shipped Friday and received Saturday. They said they have new security filters so that may be why I didn't receive it. That didn't make sense to me since it's their own filter and they're the ones emailing me but I let it go. Now it's Sunday and I still have no box, no email, no picture, and no clue when I'll receive it since tomorrow is a holiday and idk if FedEx will be delivering. I realize it's not a huge deal but c'mon! I have no clue what's going on and my wedding is five days away. To top it off I have to work tomorrow, have a fitting at 5pm, and my final meeting/drop off to Fox Hollow is at 6pm so even if it did come tomorrow it's still not in time to bring it over there.
Sorry this became so long but it's just so frustrating! Anyone else have issues with them?

Hi ladies,
Just wanted to let everyone know that I heard from both customer service and the owner of the company. Everything has been worked out and our card box will be here tomorrow. Although it was a very frustrating situation they did everything possible to right their wrong and I do think they were on top of things all along and somehow there was just a glitch in the system. Lesson learned... if you are having issues with anything you just have to email them and they will do their very best to make you a happy bride. Thanks for listening!
